Institute Professor Dr. V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai, the inventor of email and polymath, holds four degrees from MIT, is a world-renowned systems scientist, inventor and entrepreneur. ICIS is Shiva’s brainchild, through which he aims to give back to society the fruits of research and education.
Prabhakar Deonikar
Professor Prabhakar serves as a Senior Scientist at the Center. He has tremendous experience and expertise in Biology and Microbiology and is one of the driving forces behind the Center.
Dr. Yamuna Ajay
Professor Yamuna holds a Ph.D. degree in molecular oncology from the University of Madras, Chennai, India. She has research experience in the area of cancer biology and work expertise as a molecular biologist in molecular diagnostics. Currently working in the area of molecular system architecture in systems biology at the center.

Mrs. Vishvatha Radhakrishnan
Professor Vishvatha Radhakrishnan has a Master's degree in Computational Biology from Anna University, Chennai, India. She serves as a senior bioinformatician. Her areas of interest include Molecular biology, Cell signalling pathways, immunology, and In Silico Modelling.
